most awful experience ever in my life, place is nothing like the photo first and foremost, Salou is okay but I didn't encounter 1 spanish person while there. Worst of all was we stayed for 2 nights, on our second night we woke at 3.30 am to hear noises in our living room, a man was ransacking our room after gaining access 3 storeys up. He easily opened the totally inadaquate lock on the patio door and took over €1.5k of belongings and cash packed to leave for our plane only one hour after. he came to the door of our room and we went absolutely crazy, he jumped monkey like from our balcony to the next and down the bottom balconies away. This is a regular thing according to cleaning staff. When I informed the reception their attitude was, well what would you like us to do abou it!!!!!!! I warn you now, do not use this hotel.

Got home today.. Was meant to stay at Brissasol Slaou Pacific but when arrived and taxi left we found a note on the door saying they were closed and we were being moved to another hotel ! The note gave a number of brissasol main office (from which to pick up keys) which we tried to contact but no joy. In the middle of no where, couldnt find a taxi so went down the road to cafe who kindly rang a taxi for us, cost us another 10 euro. When we got to los peces really pissed off, never got an appology just told that a lot of hotels are not ready to open yet DONT BOOK AND TAKE PEOPLES MONEY IF YOU KNOW YOUR NOT GOING TO BE OPEN !!! the receptionist said she would waver the deposit for us, Thanks for nothing its our money anyway !! no favours...
The hotel was ok for a budget hotel, wouldnt have paid anymore for the upgrade!
Very noisy (out of season) due to hen and stag dos

we went in march and i neraly had a heart attack at how awful this place . apart from being out of season the pool was completely green as if it had never been clean. location was near the beach but it was too cold that time off year> things were that bad....as we were there for 5 days we took the next train to Barcelona which was only an hour and half away. we stayed in a beautiful hostel for " nites and then a fabulos ! bed apartment.........STAY AWAY FROM LOS PECES

Ok Brisasol Apartments Ltd, pin ya ears back because I got something to say!
Good call …. After a little bit of a hic-up at the transfer end when we got there, all good, well done! The apartment was functional and clean there was everything we needed, yes you only get one set of towles ...so what and very little loo roll ,but again never mind, you can always buy toilet roll ...this is a BUDGET holiday and if you want the basics on a plate ...pay another 400E, at the price we paid (which in all honesty would not get you a weekend in Brighton) we were all very happy.
My one concern is that we booked through onthe beach.com and we chose APARTAMENTOS ARQUUS I,II,III,IV in salou,when we arived (@ 01.15am) we were picked up at 01.35 and taken to Los Peces by a brisasol emplotee who spoke good English and took half our partie in his car and the rest of us went by taxi, we were delt with well, but i feel onthe beach, miss sold the holiday...beware !!
The los peces complex in in the middle of the town and a good super market and bakery across the road, with a good Scottish bar across the road, the staff are business like but helpful and are on sight from 09.30 until 10.00, my only advice is to pay little extra and fly in on a day flight as transfers are a little easier. they do ask for a 50E deposit for each adult staying, which is refunded at the end of your stay, my advice is to pay with credit card, this is also not stated by onthe beach !!
Well done Brisasol, and thanx ....not so well done onthe beach!
