Myself and my 9 year old daughter have just returned from another lovely holiday staying at this hotel. We were here last year and it was nice to be remembered by some of the staff. The restaurant staff do a brilliant job and are always curteous regardless of how busy they are. Our room was always cleaned and towels replaced wwhen we needed them. I loved the food, my daughter is fussy so she mainly ate pancakes pizza and bread. The location is fab and close to everything we needed. I have one complaint which I am hoping will be resolved as I have written to Thompson. My 25 year old travelling teddy has gone missing. I thought my daughter had packed it and she thought the same. We never took it out of the room and it wasnt in there when we left as I always do a full sweep to check for any bits and bobs. It's a terrible thing to feel mis trust. I am hopeful this will be sorted out soon. I was planning on returning next year too.

Me and my GF are going for the 3rd time in 5 weeks,
and we cant praise this place enough!

Close enough to port aventura to walk,
far away enough from the town to be quiete.
all the staff I spoke to could speak very good english, and were very helpful,

TIP: If you book an early flight.......Pack all swim gear at top of your suitcase, you will be waiting until around 1:30 ish to be let into your room. for me not a problem as the staff escort you to a "luggage holding room" so you can grab all of your gear and sit out by the pool while you wait!!

The food is really nice..... always hot!
we have always gone half board. so breakfast and evening meals were very good.
Drink is a little expensive but thats half board for you. but highly recommend the sangrea!!!!!

the night entertainment is OK,
but I didnt book the hotel for the night entertainment (and by the sounds of the entertainment next door ours was WAY better)

in a nutshell, a fantastic holiday to be had!!

We are an older couple and this is the third time we have been at this Hotel. We have been delighted with the professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff. The food at the buffet is always great. This from two fussy people! Some of the comments from other reviewers makes me wonder what kind of homes they come from! What do they want! Everyone at the Reception and Management tried their best to be helpful to fulfill all our requirements to have an enjoyable holiday.
Would certainly come back.

We visited this hotel for the second time but this time with our 1 year old son and he loved it. The hotel itself is very nice, good swimming pool, good food. The entertainment is very good there's always different things going on throughout the day like water polo which my partner loved, and water aerobics which I done. Also the entertainment in the evenings wether there was a show wiv dancers or it was bombon and perpento the entertainment people doing it(they are really good).Also they have a mini disco for the kids in the evening which keeps them entertained. Overall it is a wry nice hotel and it's in a good location I would reccomend going
