We paid alot of money to stay here i was expecting great things from this hotel.
However we were really disappointed with the hotel.The food was awful same everyday
We were full board and the lunch was the same as evenimg meal just warmed up from lunchtime.
The rece[toon staff were really rude never smiled or spoke to you,
The cleaners however were really polite,
The rooms were cleaned everyday however they did not change the bed sheets all week dont expect this in a 4 star,
The hotel operated a miltary lights out at 12 every night if you come back to the hotel after midnight it was im complete darkness could not see where you were walking
The location was ok bang in the centre of town
We were invaded by a gospel choir who took over the whole hotel for 3 days singing from 9am to midnight it was so noisey and really spoilt our holiday.
We were also invaded by a large dutch family who also took over the hotel and be come the entertainment for everybody staying there they were the most talked about people in the hotel.
They were loud and rude and in your face at all time i even had to stop using the pools as their children were spitting at each other in the pool.We would never stay here again and this hotel is not a 4 star.

Great Large Hotel with Excellent Location! Just few steps and you are on the beach surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. Lounge area is spacious and relaxing. Rooms are good and clean with plasma TV. Overall I would recommend it!

Just got back from 10 day stay in this recommened hotel October 21st Great location, Food could not be faulted, Staff were very good rooms cleaned every day.
Our room very nice, clean good comfy bed but very hot and stuffy, reception told us air con turned off end september. Temperatures were in high 80s air con still on in public rooms but not bedrooms which made for an unbearable conditions to stay in your room.
A large party of Gospel singers arrived over the weekend, the t/v recreation room were taken over by them an they sang their hearts out morning noon and night untill 11.30pm nice. some people above this room had to be moved because of the volume of noise. although it was last couple of days of the hotels season they still wanted an extra 25 e to keep room on for a late flight. Just a couple of faults of what would have been a fantastic holiday (Shame)

I was moved to this hotel as my original hotel closed for this perioid in October. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again for all the tea in China. The restaurant manager was the rudest man I ever met in my entire life! The staff in general were not very friendly with the exception of the cleaners who always said Hola. Actually the clientele were not much better. Between Dutch and German guests, I honestly do not know which were the more rude . Forget Spain, come to Ireland where you will receive a hundred thousand welcomes, no matter what hotel you stay in GAURATEED. It costs nothing to say hello or move out of somebodys way, does it?
