The accommodation and the restaurant were incredibly unsatisfactory. I will list some of the faults and provide photographs where I have them, but this list of problems is not conclusive.


Problems with the restaurant:

On the first evening I was going to get a glass of fruit juice from the machine in the restaurant, but the nozzle of the fruit machine was crawling with flies. This was revolting and incredibly unhygienic.

A general comment on the restaurant was that it was very unhygienic with insects flying and walking everywhere. The food was predominantly stale and the cooks tended to be very rude and insulting.

On two occasions in the restaurant I had a horrible experience whilst sitting underneath the air conditioners. I was eating my dinner when a large drop of what I presume to be water dropped from the air conditioner into my dinner. The drip continued throughout the meal and the water was filthy. This very unpleasant experience made me loose my appetite. We had the same problem on another evening.


Problems with the room:

For the first two evenings of my stay I had to stay in a completely unsatisfactory room. I requested I double bed when booking the hotel, but instead I was given two single beds pushed together. After I notified the reception of this major problem they told me that I would not be able to get a new room for two days.

On the first evening the bed sheets were dirty and smelled of fake tan – they had evidently not been cleaned after a previous occupant.

The balcony of the room was filthy with bird droppings all over the table (shown in a photograph).

Stayed here 10 days all inclusive as a couple, looks a nice hotel on arrival nice & clean, reception staff could be more helpful & friendly, we were on floor 4 revamped room was lovely couldn't fault only air con not on at all times noisy till entertainment stops but that wasn't a problem to us, pool area is average need to be out fairly good time to get good spot! Food was very very poor one of the only things that lets this hotel down for 10 days all inclusive we ate in the restaurant twice wouldn't recommend it most I wouldn't feed to my dog! Bar was good variety & the bar staff were brilliant always happy & pleased to help! Best thing is location next to everything so handy loads of bars, restaurants on the door step cos I wouldn't count on hotel entertainment rarely in English & mainly older generation! Def improvements to be done but not all bad!

i styed here in may it was a fab hotel to stay in it was very clean and very helpfull
went back in sep 2011 it was the same hotel and was the smae as last time

The hotel is located quite well. Bus stop, shops, discos, bars, beach - everything is close to it. Half of the hotel is recently repaired, these new rooms are very tidy and comfortables.
Personnel was helpful and pleasant.
But there were queues for lunch and dinner every day, this is a big disadvantage. Nevertheless food was good, variety of products was rather wide.
I would recommend this hotel!
