Quite good hotel for the price it cost. Location is excellent. Few bus stops near (to get to PortAventura, Reus, Tarragona, etc... Few min to the beach. Close to bars, restaurants andd discos. That's why every night we could hear music from there. Stay here if you wanna visit discos, if not - better choose the hotel in another area. As for me, it was not a problem to sleep in music. Breakfasts and dinners were tasty and various, although not so many fruits (maybe because of autumn). I'm absolutely satisfied with my stay there.

Revisited the hotel after 10 years. The staff were very friendly and helpful. breakfast was fine, full English available. Evening meals were ok, sweets average. The poolside bar did not serv snacks, but did give free pizza / cake with all drinks purchased. The bedrooms were first class, two double beds and very clean. One downside is that the reception do not change travellers cheques. All in all we had an enjoyable 10 days stay

I was going here, erxpecting awful things, by the reviews i have read here. but it was the complete oppisite. im just home on friday afternoon. the hotel was very nice and very clean. had no problems with the other guests, although there where quite a few people from different countries of different languages, but that didnt really bother me, there where also a few english spoken people so it was all good. the only thing i can agree on is that i wasnt overly excited about the food. there was a choice of a few different things to eat, but all in all i didnt think it was the best quality food, and i feel the hotel does cater more for their own people, and not english tastes. but in saying that i always ate breakfast and dinner without annoyance. the pool was very nice also. the rooms where very clean but the only thing i could complain about there was that the air con in our room was awful. had to sleep above the covers every night, very very warm. also their was entertainment advertised for every night and there was only one night of it during our stay, which was a man and woman singing in spanish which was overly perferable, but did end up being a good show in the end. i also had no problem with noise at all. although we did request a pool view. but my mum came along with us and stayed at the front of the hotel, shes a light sleeper and said it was a bit noisey but wasnt interupting her sleeping, so musnt be that bad with the door closed. also the lifts where very scary, very sharp start and stop with them :-p . but overall i had a great stay here and i would stay again.

I have stayed here a couple of times and when I read the reviews this year just before I went I was absolutely shocked I can honestly say people talk nonsense first of all the hotel is lovely and clean fair enough some staff r rude but u get that everywhere the food is lovely and always has a wide selection to choose from . All so it does tell you in the Boucher to expect noise but once you shut the balcony doors u can here it . I think every ones
entitled to there option but for a person that has been going to salou all her life and has stayed here for the last 5 years I love it my family love it and I will be booking up again to go back next year don't be put off what people say. I would honestly go back here it is the best value for money and I love it
