The hotel belvedere hotel is a great hotel, couldn't fault it at all.
All staff really friendly and always very helpful.
The rooms were very clean, towels changed everyday and bed made.
As for the food in the dining room its lovely, a great choice for everyone, fresh food cooked in front of you by a very happy smily chef.

What more can anyone ask for!!!
Typical English people moaning about the hotel etc and all the entertainment being in Spanish where the hell did they think they were??
If you want English then stay in England. Just cant please some people.

Thanks to all the happy staff at the belvedere hotel:)

Ella x

We payed for an a/i holiday, shortly after were informed of a hotel change due to closure.
Fair enough cant be helped we accepted, but on checking the belvedere was concerned this was not a/i hotel, after sending several emails stating this was told it was like 4 like. Well it wasnt. we had to sign till receipt every visit, which we'v never had to do at a/i, it felt like they were keeping tabs on what we had.the food was awful and cold. rooms were cramped with two double beds, the pool area is far too small for the size of this hotel. The entertainment was fine if you were spanish pensioners who wanted to dance all night. Would not go to this hotel again.

“Great three star hotel”

What a fab three star hotel. We arrived in reception and were dealt with by very friendly efficient staff, our room was clean and tidy, we received clean towels every day beds made and shampoo and bubble bath for us to use, there was even a hairdryer in the room.

The food was first class with food cooked to order on the evening meal. You would not go hungry at this hotel.

There is a sauna and steam room and a hydro pool in the basement of the hotel which was also very good

The pool area was large the only fault if you can call it that and we are talking the end of season the sunbeds needed a clean.

I would recommend this hotel as a very good three star. A big thank you to the staff at the Belvedere you made us very welcome.

Marie & Graham Christie and family THANKS

Room Tip: We picked a room over looking the pool

“Hotel transferred”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 October 2011

We stayed here from oct 11 to 18 2011 after our original hotel closed for thr season. We booked all inclusive and was moved to full board Belvedere.

Although the hotel was lovely we were further from the beach than expected and not happy thaat this was not an all iclusive hotel.

The rooms were llovely wwith two double beds in, but only spanish tv, just in case you fancied a relax in your room.

The hotel is large and the pool size is small, so ok for the time of year we went but would not like to there inhigh season as could not cater for the people outside.

There was no entertaainment at night unless you weere spanish and they do nnot cater for all inclusive, so why they take on guests that have paid this is beyond me.

The staff were frieendly and food good, a chef at every meal time cooking fish and meat and breakfast cooking pancakes and omlettes - evening mmeal allso had freshly made pizza's and joints of meat carved ready.

The down side was we had paid for all inclusive and there were no snacks, sorry there were if you wanted a bag of crisps or packet of nuts.

We had to sign everytime we had a drink yet made to wear a wrist band all week.

The final straw was the last day included breakfast and lunch but we were leaving before lunch and once we had left our room waiting to be picked up were not allowed drinks and it was hot, withh children and peensioners this was not expected.

We had to argue to be allowed drinks of pop and coffee in the heat although we were actually allowed til lunch.

This hotel is lovely if full board or less and should not be taking all inclusive guests as you do not get what you paid for especially if you have kids wanting ice cream or snacks through the day.

I would definately go back to salou but will not pay all inclusive and be transferred to a hotel that does not cater for what you have paid.

Room Tip: if you want the sun on your balcony go on the outside rooms facing the road but get a view of the ho...

Just got back from a great stay at the Belvedere and found this hotel to be very good.
friendly staff in all departments. room was kept clean at all times and towels and bedding changed every day. the food choice was very good and well cooked and plentiful.
spoke to many guests during our stay and all felt the same as us. don't worry about the
poor reviews given by unhappy guests, just go and see for yourselves you won't be dissapointed. would recommend this hotel to anyone

Room Tip: top floor facing pool, less noise
