“Lovely place to stay”

This is a lovely block of apartments varying in size. Most have good views. Many are residential making it generally a quiet place to stay. As of July 21010, the pool is now open for use by people whose community charge is paid in full. If the owners are not up to date with payments, then guests cannot use the pool.

The shop and restaurant/bar are presently not open for business but a 5 minute walk away are 2 large supermarkets and various restaurants and bars. Buses run along the seafront on a regular basis. The sea front is a 5 minute walk away. However, the walk back is uphill. The shorter walk has a steeper incline and the longer walk is more of a drag. This doesn't pose a problem except for when the temperature is high. It is unsuitable for the infirm.

As for the review, I cannot review the price paid without knowledge of the costs.

“Lovely apartment but no facilities - pool, restaurant and shop closed”

Despite being told otherwise the pool hasn't been open for months. The restaurant/shop were closed. There's no pblic bus service and it's on a steep hill. The apartment was large and views nice
