Great position on the main coastal road, within minutes from the bars and restaurants on the beachfront and 10 minute walk to Marina & 24hr square. 3 bedroom (plus sofa in lounge) with a full bathroom plus a separate wc, the kitchen was fully equipped with tall fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. The Lounge/diner was nicely furnished and had a tv/dvd player. Good air-con throughout and shutters on all the windows. There is fitted mirrored wardrobes in all 3 bedrooms, additional full length mirrors and massive mirrors in the bathrooms which was great for our group of 4 girls when getting ready to go out (various complimentary toiletries from the sister hotel Aleysa). Everywhere was very clean. Balcony got the sun all day and as it had furniture we enjoyed having our breakfast there each morning, also plenty of room for drying clothes on the airer provided. The pool was very clean and the loungers had thick pads on so were very comfortable.

The only negatives are
1) We were there for 4 days and had no maid service or towel change. (We used the washing machine and washed them ourselves)
2) Beds were a little hard for me (but I have a problem with my back and need a soft bed).
3) There are NO inflatables allowed in the pool? The pool area was always quiet with barely any people there so it would not affect anybody if you were floating along on your lilo?

All in all it was a great stay and will most certainly stay there again if we return to Benalmadena and would definitely recommend!

We stayed in Don Gustavo for five nights at the end of May 2011. We had an apt on the 6th floor and it had the most amazing view. The place was spotless and our apt had a separate kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine. There was 2 bathrooms and three bedrooms in the apartment. In the sitting room there was a TV and DVD player and the balcony had a small table and chairs. The apt location is about 5 min walk from 24 hour square with all the pubs and nightclubs. Across the road from the apt are steps down to the beach. The marina is less than 5 min walk away. Theres a big supermarket by 24 hr square and smaller grocery stores right next to the apt. Theres plentiful supply of restaurants surrounding the apt and the bus stop taking you to Torremolinos or to Malaga is just outside the apt doors. It really is the perfect place to stay. The pool is spotless and there was always plenty of sun loungers available.

Staff very pleasant and helpful especially Raquel who was always eager to assist.
Our apartment had fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, inroom safe and seaview plus a TV and a DVD player in the living room and another TV in the bedroom.

We stayed 2 nights in RM B on the 8th floor (penthouse) What a deal, Great view, great location. Beautiful 2 bed room apartment, Full kitchenette, washing machine, LCD Tv with cable. Marble floors, balcony. Big rooms. Secured car parking. 50 euro a night for everything and we bring our little dog with us, no problem. No complaints everything was perfect. You will not get a better deal anway!! Best price through booking.com. You can get internet through WIFI but do NOT use it, Its terrible service. Its not through the rental your getting.
