this hotel has so much potential ,its location is everthing you go on holiday for,its the rooms that are the let down, all they need is a bit of tlc,in saying that we had a fabulous holiday there,we thought the pool was lovely my 10 year old loved it , but again the area by the pool was lacking in that little bit of comfort you want,paloma park which is next door to the hotel is beautifull,the beach and the marina is lovely, 27 is a great restaurant to eat in by far the best food we ate out in definetly try it they cook from scratch but well worth the wait,all in all we had a fantastic holiday.the owners of the hotel have a hotel in one of the best locations so why not revisit yere rooms stay there for a night or 2 and do something about them.

this hotel is dirty and outdated , we did take food to cook in our appartment but due to lack of cleanliness we only ever had a cup of tea in our room , the staff where ok when you see them most of time there was nobody on reception the beds where horrible no air con ,so we left balcony door open of which we was awake most nights with the noise of traffic ,rooms very grubby fridge rusty and dirty bathroom shabby this hotel needs a wake up call ,no fire exit instructions ,lovely view but thats about it,ok very cheap but i still expect basic standards the same as the next person ,did not use the pool as this looked filthy and few broken shabby sunbeds

stayed at sunny beach 3rd to 7th sept 2011.Good points were the view which was second to none(we were on the top floor)pretty quiet too,although we did get the odd disturbance at night .By that I don't mean rowdy,just people coming in early hours of the morning,making their way to their room,and being light sleepers they woke us up.Never used the pool but there seemed plenty of sun beds.Having said the hotel was quiet,it was on the main road and the Spanish do seem to like testing their hooters at all times of the day and night.Another drawback was the fact that there was no air conditioning and the nights were hot the week we stayed although portable units could be hired if you wished.Overall we did have a decent stay and would recommend this hotel as long as you could stand the noise from the road till the early hours.Not too bad and it's true that you get what you pay for
