Recently returned from our 4th visit to this hotel.....we booked 11 rooms this trip with a host of friends and family coming out for a birthday celebration.........all our guests were very impressed with the hotel facilities, the reception staff went out of their way to get all our guests, rooms to suit their tastes with pool views and all of them had a wonderfull time and praised the hotel no end.......everyone of them said they would go back again.

Just returned from a fortnight here in Benalmadena. I had asked for a room with a sea view, and was not expecting the excellent view we got. The mountains to the left of the large balcony, and the sea to the right. ( The balcony runs from the living room to bedroom, nice table and chairs too.) The apartment is hard to fault. The kitchen is well equipped, there was 3 dishwasher tabs, small bottle of washing up liquid, a teatowel and cloth left to get you started. The fridge is full size, with a freezer, and the dishwasher and washing machine, so handy. ( There is a pull out washing line on the balcony). Living room and bedroom are spacious, and very modern. Loved the bathroom, power shower nozzles a nice touch. Room are cleaned and towels and bed linen replaced every 3 days. You pay for the safe hire, but what price peace of mind? Air conditioning was thankfully very good. We didn't use the pool, but it seems very nice. Did have breakfast one morning in the cafe below, good value. Also the shop below the complex is handy, but the Mercadona supermarket just up the street would be better variety and value. Really can't think of anything negative to say, the location is excellent, sea just down the street, the bus service is so cheap and frequent. You certainly get to see local life if you get the bus to Malaga.....! Will really miss having a pre dinner drink on the balcony watching the sunset!

Would recommend staying at these appartments if you are to use them as a base for your holiday as everywhere is clean and spotless. But wouldn't recommend them if you are looking for a friendly family holiday with fun around the pool area. You never see the same face twice, therefore there is a very formal feel about the place.
The pool area is very well run with strict regulations. The pool and outside bar area could have been made more welcoming by planting up the lovely wooden boxes, which surround this area ,with colourful plants. Excellent value for money though,and near to the beach and a fabulous Chinese Restaurant.

I can't fault this hotel. Had a great stay and was very happy with the room and complex.
The little dishwasher is very handy and kitchen well equipped. Pool lifeguard is handy and bar is very nice. Helpful staff.
