Booked this hotel through a legoland tour and spent 2 nights in July. I researched all the local hotels thoroughly before booking our trip and decided on the NH hotel because it had the aquarena pool attached to it. Stayed in a family room, which is rather small for 4 people.
When we arrived at the hotel I promised the children that we would get changed immediately to go swimming as they had been really excited for days prior to the trip to use the water slides. However, when I arrived at reception we were informed that the aquarena was closed and would not reopen until the day after our departure. I checked all correspondence and nowhere was this mentioned. I felt really annoyed as the aquarena was the only real reason for selecting this hotel.
In other respects the hotel is fine, clean and perfectly adequate, but there is nothing exciting which would set it apart from any other chain hotels except the waterpark.
