My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel because we wanted to go to the waterfall in Triberg. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the trail station and it is about a 10 minute train ride away from Triberg. The staff is VERY friendly; they speak very good English and genuinely want to see that you get the most out of your trip. The rooms are small but spacious; they have everything that you need. The beds are pretty comfortable but, in my opinion, the pillows are too soft. The restaurant downstairs has amazing food and wine. Even though it was a little far from where we wanted to stay, it was an amazing time. I would recommend this place to anyone.

The Gasthaus Linde is set in a gorgeous area in the Black Forest, Germany.

The accomodation was very basic but we had our own ensuite. The accomodation is not flash and feels like you have stepped into a 70's movie set, but the owners are very friendly and make an effort to ensure your stay is comfortable.

There is a family-run restaurant on site which serves traditional Black Forest food (schnitzels etc) and while it is not the best quality, it is more than adequate. The guesthouse is set in a very small town which limited eating-out options. However, Tennenbronn is a very pretty area to stay in and we enjoyed our time there.

A quaint appearance but... this place felt and looked like an old folks home. Outdated and in dire need of a renovation ! Cluttered and uncomfortable. Walking distance to the local tavern, but not lit for a late night return...Church bell was disturbing...
