Handy block of apartments across the Le Betex telecabine car park, so not far at all to walk to the snow.

Reception team very helpful. Fixed our hot water problem quickly and didn't make a fuss about the end of stay inspection.

Rooms lacked storage space in my opinion, and facilities were a bit sparse.

We spent a whole week in a 9 person apartment on the 5th floor. The view was miraculous from the balcony.

The rooms were absolutely clean and you need to leave them in the same condition, otherwise you won't get your caution money back. Thus, every group tries to do their best. Some of the bulbs went out during the week but nothing serious happened.

The location could not have been chosen better. The main ski lift is located a few meters away from the hotel and it does not take more than 10-20 minutes to reach the slopes depending on the crowd. Additionally, all the necessary shops (bakery, grocery...) are in walking distance and there is a very good hockey stadium too where you can go skating to relax after the whole day skiing.

When you got bored of the nearly 200 kms of slopes you can easily go to the neighboring Les Contamines where 100-200 additional kms are waiting for you.

All in all, it was a great week.

We booked an apartment at the Panorama at the last minute after learning that the hotel we had originally booked would not be open at Christmas! We do not usually go in for self catering but were pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. The location was brilliant for keen skiers as it was very close to the St Gervais gondola. There were also fantastic views in all directions - so the residence is aptly named. The apartment itself was fairly standard but was clean and comfortable. Although there were only 3 of us we opted for one which could sleep 5-6 people which gave us more space. There is a good selection of restaurants in the village if you don't want to cook yoursef. We also found a boulangerie close by which provides croissants etc for breakfast. The reception staff were very helpful and were able to get lift passes for us with 10% discount. The
residence offered a good range of additional facilities which we took full advantage of. These included a sauna, fitness room and wellness treatments.

This was our first drive to a ski resort and after getting lost on the motorway we found the resort and Hotel in minutes.

The hotel REALLY IS at the foot of the main lift and it takes no more
than 5 minutes from the boot room to the lift steps (even with your toddler).

Fantastic views and a short stroll finds you in the village - you need longer than a week to really enjoy this location.

The accomodation - we had an apt to sleep 6-8, a little ambitious given the tiny living area. You could not actually pull the second bed out so maximum possible would be 7 and you would be intimate!

The hotel staff were all friendly and reliable and the premises clean
and well maintained. I recommend the in house massage! Beware of the slot machines and pool table area as it can be roudy in the evening as there is nothing else for the early teens and there is no bar or resturant in the hotel.

There is also pleant of parking - free on the uncovered area - arive early to get a good spot and be mindful not to move!

We really loved it here, the whole area was great, but beware this is an area where you need to know a little French!
