I got a basic room with (actually could be nicer) bathroom.. The room is cleaned everyday but towel is changed every other day.. Bathroom is okay, could've have been nicer if they maintain it..

Breakfast was buffet before but now they do it as ala carte.. it was just okay... The good thing is the location, just right at the center of kuta... and near to the beach... Overall is just okay for those whose looking for budget accommodation...

I'd come from the Rama Beach Resort but had to find a room at the last minute at 2 in the morning - best they could do was 500,000 [$60AUD], even though I was checking out at 9.
The location is very central to Kuta shopping and the architecture and gardens are nice but the room, or at least the room I got was abysmal. I even had to go and get a roll of toilet paper at 2.30 in the morn cos there were none!! The room was as basic as u can get and the bathroom was something out of a Sth American movie - shower head not even mounted on wall in a rusty bath. No cold water tap. At least the bed linen was clean.
Breakfast [continental] was thrust at me all in one serve juice. tea, toast and fruit with barely a smile or greeting.
Don't even consider. there are heaps of hotels at the same price that would make this look even sicker than it is.

The hotel is nice, beautiful gardens, pool and architecture. The staff is nice but not fast or enthusiastic. The room we were in was the budget room and the paint was falling off the walls and no hot water, tv only had local channels and the a/c barely worked. None of those things are a big deal but there is now a water park next door and from 9 am to 5 or 6 pm there is constant screams of kids sliding down the water slides. Lower prices than other hotels in the area and walking distance to the beach but I don't know if I'd stay there again. Too bad because it is a lovely place.

This Hotel is so relaxing that your stay in Bali will be unforgetttable.
The staf is very friendly and pure.
So is the food.
Simple but good.Not "haute cuisine".
But the staf is willing to prepare a special dish for you just fot little costs.
Also a cultural evening is possible.Just talk to the owner and he will arrrange such a evening.
The rooms are clesn evenso is the pool , wich is situated in a loveley garden.
Walking distance to the beach or centre of Kuta.
