“CLEAN/Comfortable/Convenient Location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 November 2011

I recently stayed here for 2 nights.

The hotel is clean, well serviced and convenient for local cinema and restaurants.

Close to Hwy 401 and 407...

Great for 1 - 3 days stopover, after which could be boring?

Caters primarily to business visitors (sleep and go) but has amenities for families touring (swimming pool), Snack Center and friendly staff.

I will stay here again!

Room Tip: 4th floor quiet

“Clean and walking distance to restaurants”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 November 2011

Stayed for a week on business. Rooms were clean, but highway noise from the 407 was noticeable even on the 6th floor. Breakfast was very plain and the turkey bacon was either raw or severely undercooked. Better off skipping breakfast here and hitting the Tim Horton's down the street.

Room Tip: Ask for a room facing the front lobby side, away from the highway.

“Good hotel - nice, neat and clean, not far from Canada's Wonderland”

My husband and I like to stay here on our way up to our annual trip to the French River, Canada. The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff has always been pleasant and our room is very nice. It is close to Canada's Wonderland, close to the malls, including the Bass Pro Shop and other outlets. We also like to walk over to Dave and Buster's or Our Thai Restaurant. There are other bars, restaurants, movie theaters, a huge Ikea store and a glow in the dark indoor miniature golf all within walking distance. The miniature golf place was actually a lot of fun for a rainy afternoon. Keep in mind, this is not in the heart of Toronto, so if you are looking for that, look elsewhere.

“Rude staff”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 7 November 2011

I would not recommend this hotel for any gathering that includes more than 2 people. They do not allow more than 4 people in a room even if you are visiting and for sporting events this is the worst place to stay. Staff and general manager are rude and will immediately call the police to rectify a situation even when there is no need. Will take your money and leave you without a room. Worst place for customer service--lots of other hotels in the area. Avoid this one. Caters to regulars only

“Good comfortable stay”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 November 2011

Stayed a couple of days and was very pleased with the service. There was a minor reservation problem but it was quickly fixed when I checked in. I went for a wedding and the front desk was nice to place me on the same floor as other family members. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Only minor complaint is some noise from the parking lot can be heard at 3am. In general, overall experience was good.
