The first night they forgot to clean the bathroom. The second night they entered into the room even when I had put the "do not disturb sign" on the door. The receptionist at checkout was completely disrespectful. Everybody at the hotel has the same "I don´t care about you" attitude. In conclusion: a filthy, badly run, unfriendly hotel. Do not go there!

Our trip to Madrid was in July, for having fun in the amusement parks in this wonderful city.

Based on this we were looking for a comfortable hotel with a swimming pool.

Arturo Norte is good for relaxing, very quiet at this period we have enjoyed the swimming pool every morning without any disturbance.
To come to the worst. Swimming pool is on the roof, so we were expecting a view on the surroundings... No view except on the sky as you are surrounded with walls...

Staff is very nice and helpful, we had so many questions for them. And we also had dinner in the restaurant which was quite nice.
Rooms are modern and comfortable with a very efficient air conditioning system.

Note that we were nine, sharing 5 rooms. and everybody has enjoyed his stay.

We recommend this hotel if you have a car as this is far from the center of the city. We had one, and parking is free; which is great.

Have just returened from this hotel on a business trip and am afraid to say that it is pretty awful.

As a new hotel it seems not to thave been properly tested, for instance the lifts didn't work properly and when our party of 80 turned up there was not enough hot water for us to have showers. Far worse than this was the following day when there was hot water, this time scalding! Numerous members of the crew scalded themselves and a golfer also staying at the hotel had to withdraw fromt he first day of the tournament having scalded his foot.

To add insult to injury my bag was stolen from the breakfast room by to lads who had just walked in off the streets. Thankfully a colleague gave chase and rescued it but the offenders managed to get away. When I reported this to reception they took no interest at all.

The finish of the hotel was sloppy and overall a complete dissappointment.
