Choose the Parquesur hotel only in case you have your business affairs in Leganes area. If you want to visit Madrid better choose something closer to the city.
Hotel Parquesur is ideal for business travellers. There is a huge shopping centre with some good restaurants and "cervecierias" just by the hotel.
I stayed there a few times, and each time my room wasn't cleaned well. The advantage of the hotel is that it has fast free wireless internet service and a good restaurant.
