Friendly staff, regular Ibis rooms - nothing luxurious, weak air conditioning, but perfectly comfortable - and very cheap prices. The location is great *if* you are driving, as it's right off the motorway, but it's over 10 minutes' walk from the nearest underground station, which isn't ideal if you're carrying heavy luggage. There's a supermarket (closed Sundays) literally right next door, and a bar across the street (as well as inside.) The neighbourhood the hotel's in is fine. Were it not for the weak air conditioning (Madrid spring, let alone summer, is hot) and the distance from the railway I'd give it five stars, but as it stands it's a very, very good hotel for its price range, and one of the better Ibis out there.
