I used to visit Madrid on business regularly and have stayed in this hotel on at least 20 occasions. The location is good if you need easy access to the M40 by car, but it is a very poor location if you want to see the tourist sites in central Madrid. The service is really exceptional: by far the friendliest and most efficient staff I have ever come across in a Spanish hotel.

The rooms and facilities are standard IBIS. The rooms are therefore rather basic, but clean and cheap. The menu in the restaurant is limited, but of a reasonable quality.

Ibis Madrid Móstoles is too far away from everything. You can walk to Móstoles Central Metro station (15 minutes) and get in to central Madrid that way. But it takes a while to get in to Madrid and personally I would much prefer to pay a bit more for a hotel in a better location.

The room itself was cleanish but not as clean as the other Ibis hotels I stayed in. It is very cheap, but also very basic. The hotel has a small restaurant, but you will also find a few fast food restaurants and a supermarket close to the hotel.

The hotel is behind a BP station and a McDonald's and right next to an even cheaper F1 motel. When we were there groups of teenagers gathered at the McDonald's making a racket till quite late at night.
