I booked a room through an agency and had a voucher for stay (pre-paid). When I arrived I was told that I had been pushed off to a different hotel since the hotel was fully booked. They need to sort out their administration. This isn't the kind of treatment you want after a long journey. (And I didn't like the other hotel that I was shifted to, either.)

Average hotel, good access to Alcobendas and one Metro station, far from downtown Madrid, area mostly empty at night or in weekends. Average breakfast service, Restaurant closed on Sundays.

Clean, spacious, car park free, internet free. Tallest building in Madrid. New building. Great price and very good service. Recommend to anyone.

The hotel is Okay , you wont be overly impressed or overly disappointed.

The good:
--The people are generally nice and speak some English.
--The room is comfortable
--There is a metra stop close to the hotel

The not so good
-- The fitness center is in the basement, You have to request a special key to get into it. It offers very little in the way of equipment and the room gets very warm.
-- As others have stated its very difficult to find. The map on the hotel's web site gives and incorrect location ( I gave it to the cab driver and we ended up lost, the trip cost 20 euro more due to the misdirection).
-- There is one restaurant in the building ( basement), but you will want to go out- it doesn’t offer much.

Tips
--Madrid is only a 15 min cab drive- stay in Madrid not Alcobendas
--There is a small outdoor mall close by with a few bars and restaurants- eat there.
