The hotel is a great value for the money. The location leaves a bit to be desired. However, the rooms are very clean, the bathrooms are awesome, the staff is very friendly and alway happy to help and the breakfast selection is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it!

For years now I have been staying at the AC hotel in Alcala de Henares, Madrid, when visiting family in the area and have received the service anyone could expect for a 4 star hotel. The hotel caters to businesses with nice rooms, bathrooms and facilities. As a token of appreciation the hotels provides a selection of refreshment drinks in the room, free of charge as well as a variety of news paper on each floor of the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was friendly and the quality of the room and hotel was great, exactly what we expected. The location is a 30 minute walk from the center of Alcala but there is a bus that stops directly in front of the hotel and goes to the center. The hotel is also easy to reach by car and there is plenty of space to park. We would stay here again.

Overall cozy hotel, staff is ok. Very big bonus: free high-speed internet (wireless too).
Spatious rooms, good-looking. Bathroom with a good hairdryer, modern. The breakfast is ok, on the skimpy side...not that much to choose from and they do take their time refilling.
Not a remarkable hotel, inserted in a very non-descript neighborhood, with the advantage of having a bus that stops in front of the hotel that will take you to the centre of the city. Alcala itself is worth visiting. Since i didn't pay for the stay, i do not know of the price/quality ratio but i can say that if you are visiting madrid it's not worth staying here, find something closer maybe.
