According to the front desk, the elevator hasn't worked in years. They seemed a bit annoyed repeating this info to each new arrival. (I can imagine it is tiring!) We lugged our bags up stairs. (order that chicken dish with the green sauce). I am glad we did see the hotel, but the property's appearance is a bit tired. I did like that there was a fireplace that was burning when I went down for coffee the next morning, It was a good experience, just not great. The management should focus on making the lobby more inviting. Soft music and rugs would help with echos.
