I have a list of over 20 issues I had with this hotel. The service was awful!! Things were broken, room was not clean at all. I had my 3 small children with me. Common sense would tell you to put someone with kids on the bottom floor, but no they put us on the 2nd floor. They were very much understaffed and the night staff was very rude! When we first got there the whole reason we decided to stay there was b/c they had an indoor pool, but after I paid we asked about the pool and they said no there was a pool when it was Super 8, but we no longer have the pool. Well of course I wanted my money back, sorry we have a no refund policy....before I even went to the room they wouldn't give me my money back!! Even after the fridge went out in the room that we had food and drinks in, it was late and my kids were ready for bed instead of offering to bring in another fridge the lady was going to make us move rooms...we then wanted to talk to the manager cause that lady was just rude!!! The manager Jay still wouldn't give us our money back... he offered 1/2 our money back and we would have to leave. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
