This place is just "Ok". Decor could use updating - same with bathrooms. Breakfast was average as well.

A few weeks after my stay, I left a voice mail message for the manager to discuss a billing question and call was never returned.

The hotel was very nice and clean - very modern. I attempted to check in early so I would be sure to get a room away from the elevator. I was told that a large soccer team had just checked out so I had to wait to check in. I checked in on time (3:00 p.m.) and requested a room away from the elevator. Where did they put me? Right across from the elevator!! No worries though - the room was very quiet and I never heard it. Only real problem was that I got no phone signal or internet signal. When I asked about it, they said it had been bad since the hurricane (which was several years ago). So fix it!!!

I was recently at the Comfort Suites in Lufkin, Tx on business. The lobby was refreshing and the service was great. The fron desk agen Latrishia, I believe was her name, was exceptionally helpful. I was having issues with the internet and she directed me to their business center in the lobby and I was able to get to the emails that I needed. I was surprised to see that they had and indoor pool and hot tub that I made use of. The breakfast was okay, they did have a variety of items for the choosing but the eggs were AWFUL. I think that if they were to upgrade the type of eggs they serve they would have an A+ breakfast.

The staff was nothing but helpful and friendly, however the room was just not what I was hoping to have. The toliet had some dirt and black something in the bowl which was not a great start. The room I had was a little run down as well.
The breakfast was delicious, the always had a hot food item each morning and someone was always there to help clean and make sure things were stocked. The location was alright, just outside of the main part of town (Best Western looks like it would be a better hotel/location). It is near 3 other hotels so there are many to choose from.
If you aren't planning on being in your room that much, I think it is a good choice, just make sure everything is clean before you unpack.
