they location was nice but it was not worth bettone bed bugs

nice place for price clean and comfortable room , it is near to hospital and shopping center , good customer service.

The sheets were clean was about the only positive thing I can think of. The blanket that was just thrown on top was old and ratty, however. The carpet was that old indoor/outdoor type that had a musty odor. I was compelled to have something on my feet the whole time we were in the room. It appeared to not have been vacuumed prior to our arrival. The small refrigerator was actually HOT inside which I think was because there was a huge chunk of ice on the back wall of it blocking the thermostat. There was dust on the cabinet in which the fridge/microwave was housed. The sink had what looked like tiny dead bugs around the faucet that not surprisingly were still there upon our return the second night of our stay after the maid had supposedly been there. We waited too long to make reservations for parent weekend at our sons school but I know we will not make that mistake again!

I would rather sleep in my car, then at this hotel again. The room was dirty, tho I was told they had just cleaned it. There was bugs in the bathtub, and when I went to use a "clean" towel there was a LIVE roach on it. The lady in the office was overly rude. The remote for our room didn't work, and when I asked about it I was told I was in the only room with a remote that couldn't be programmed. Lots of people just hanging out, and some pretty scary, sketchy looking guys doing some pretty sketchy things in the room next to us.
Got to the office 5 mins late for the free breakfast (a bagel, some juice and a banana) and got yelled at, that it was only till 10AM!!
