very accommodating and friendly. Susanne was very cooperative when the room reservation when the room reservation didn't meet what I had reserved so she made it right without any of the usual hassle. Great stay.

I travel here for business trips and must say that compared to other options out there, this place has exceeded my expectations. Their rooms were clean and the staffs were extremely helpful. I must also recommend waking up early to grab their breakfast. I will be returning to the site in a few weeks and will be staying here again.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the course of many years. It’s usually well maintained and a good value. Recently I’ve started noticing little things like loose bathroom tiles and fraying towels. Last visit our room did not have hot water. Had lukewarm water the first morning and did not mention it. When I mentioned it to the desk clerk while checking out he just said you’re not the first one to report this. The idea of guests not having hot water did not seem to faze him. There are newer options in town and I believe it’s time to start looking at other options.
