This hotel is above average; clean and well maintained. Breakfast was also above average, offering real eggs and sausage in addition to the usual fare.

I would not hesitate to stay their again.

This is a very clean, friendly hotel. Room very spacious with little extra's that really made you feel welcome. Hot breakfast was great. I highly recommend this hotel, far above some of the more expensive ones, and the breakfast is included! Sign is a little small and hard to see at a quick glance from the highway.

This hotel is wonderful!!! The staff, especially the Assistant General Manager, Erika, along with Guest Service Coordinator, Sherrie, do everything they can to accomodate the needs of their guests! Of course they are sure that the facility is spotless and "like home"; but they go the extra mile to help the guests with their needs and wishes. We were in Lubbock to attend the funeral of a close family member but, since traveling, were at a loss as what to do to host a family reception of around 20 people after the funeral. The weather forcast was cold and windy. They allowed us to use the hotel breakfast area for a reception. When asked for suggestions for food and other items, they suggested a vendor and while we were at the funeral they received the delivery, for which we had paid to the vendor. They were diligent to assure the appearance of the room and even helped us set up the room and serving line, and also furnished coffee. I highly recommend this Comfort Suites. Staff is wonderful. You can pay a lot more and not get as much!! The facility was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Thank you!!!!!!

First room was a mess but these folks went out of their way and took great care of us.
