First room was a mess but these folks went out of their way and took great care of us.

No elevator, so if you have lots of stuff you will want to ask for a first floor room. We didnt get the pull out couch suite I expected, but it was given a very quick and no hassle change. However, in the second room, the air conditioner clicked constantly, and the chair and sheets were stained. We decided not to stay and were given a prompt refund and apology.

This hotel is better than most 3 1/2 star places. The best Comfort Inn I have used. 1. Great bed and desk area. 2. Nice size bathroom 3. Helpful staff especially Erika. Look forward to my next stay.

I've had to stay here a lot over the past few months while dealing with some family issues which were very stressful. I was very pleased with the rooms. Comfy beds, linens, lots of pillows. Large bathroom, sitting area with desk & chair. Rooms were very quiet even with a full house. The staff is exceptional. Erika & Sherrie really went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Breakfast is great, hot & fresh. Weekday "welcome" receptions are most appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Lubbock.
