Stayed 10-11-13-11.
This hotel is better than most 3 1/2 star places. The best Comfort Inn I have used. 1. Great bed and desk area. 2. Nice size bathroom 3. Helpful staff especially Erika. Look forward to my next stay.

I've had to stay here a lot over the past few months while dealing with some family issues which were very stressful. I was very pleased with the rooms. Comfy beds, linens, lots of pillows. Large bathroom, sitting area with desk & chair. Rooms were very quiet even with a full house. The staff is exceptional. Erika & Sherrie really went out of their way to make sure everything was right. Breakfast is great, hot & fresh. Weekday "welcome" receptions are most appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Lubbock.

We stayed here for Parent weekend at Texas Tech. Came in with many large full ice-chests for tailgating. The hotel has no elevators! We had to lug all this stuff up the stairs. No shampoo, they were out per the housekeeper. We eventually got some from the front desk. You know you are in a dump if they use a plastic bathtub liner to keep you from falling! The furniture looks like it is ancient, filthy couch, did not want to even sit on it. The food at breakfast was disgusting. I broke my cheap plastic fork trying to cut a biscuit.
Never again.

I go to a doctor in Lubbock four times a year and have done so for several years and we always spend the night at your hotel. Everyone associated with service is terrific. We especially enjoy seeing Erika Ortiz as she has been there since we began staying there. And as we mentioned, everyone is efficient & helpful. Matthew and Jennifer are others I can think of their names in particular.
And breakfast is delicious!!!
