Stayed for one night and the hotel charged me for two nights. After calling the front desk to correct the incorrect billing charge the manager was very short with me and very impersonal. During this normal conversation "out of the blue" she indicated that she does not have to take verbal abuse and told me she was hanging up on me. I was shocked and because I remained calm and polite throughout the entire discussion, she was simply trying to end the conversation or hang up on me. I was staying with the hotel as a part of a wedding party and several other guests including my parents experienced problems with their stay.
I was granted a refund after the family of the wedding party complained in my favor as well.
