I stay frequently at this hotel and the staff always provide a "wow" factor that is off the chain! I never consider any other place to stay when in Lewisville and recommend this hotel as the best in customer care during each stay.

My wife and my two young daughters (3 yrs, 14 months) stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Lewisville while in Texas for a wedding I was a groomsman. This was a very, very nice Hilton that met all of our needs. The rooms were modern, probably renovated not long ago.

We arrived before check-in time, and our room was already available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We needed a crib and it was delivered immediately. The staff also gave us our welcome packets (from the bride and groom) and held onto my tux AFTER we left early for a flight, so that another groomsman could pick it up and return. That was very nice.

The free breakfast buffet was plentiful for my daughther's picky tastes. It was spacious enough to accomodate 5 or so junior college basketball teams staying there at the same time. Needless to say, 6'+ young men can eat, and there was plenty of food for everyone.

The pool was nice, yet cold. This was mid September, so I can't complain. The cable channel selection was great, including the necesary children's selections.

The hotel is located close to a state highway, making trips around the area easy. There is also a large (largest non outlet mall I've ever been to) within walking distance. The hotel offered a shuttle to and from if you didn't have a car.

We had a very wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn and would recommend this location for anyone to stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights on business in November. Lots of good things to say about this place:

1) The front desk was super friendly and over the course of the next two days, they remembered me by name and said hello when I was in the lobby area.
2) The breakfasts were nice and well appointed. Good hot and cold options for the buffet. Kind serving staff.
3) The room was comfortable and they did have modern updates like a flat screen TV and nice office chair.
4) I am not sure that this is a typical HGI - it has a grand entrance and really high ceilings and decor.
5) The room decor itself was really modern and updated - blue and beige hues made it feel more upscale than a typical HGI and really nice interior decorating.
6) Business Center worked great, not color printers but that's not to be expected.

all around a great stay, and I'll definitely be back if I'm in the area!

The property is large and includes space for small to medium sized conferences. The breakfast is good with buffet and made to order choices, but not necessarily at bargain prices and the service is well... can't remember any service except when they handed me the check! The pool is nice and adequate for lap swimming but the "fitness" center is less than lame with a couple of treadmills, an under inflated fitness ball, a few dumbells and a bench inside an area the size of a food pantry. The rooms are nice but the Air handling units are very loud and tend to be sleep disrupting. The staff is a mix of those who care and those who dont!
