We stayed in a Junior Suite: Bedroom w/TV, dresser; French doors separating bedroom from living room; Living room w/desk, chairs, couch, TV, fridge, microwave, dresser, thermostat; Bathroom. Non-smoking room had cigarette burns on carpet. Smokers down the hall meant some smoke in the hallway. Shower nice and tall; ample and good soap, shampoo. TV channel selection was ok, reception not always clear, but still watchable. Sheets kept coming off the bed; could use sheetbelts or larger sheets. Bed had down and down-alternative pillows. Breakfast was very good and changed from day to day, but the list at the front desk did not match the offerings in the breakfast room. Might include hot eggs, sausage or other hot prepared items. Waffles, oatmeal, muffins also available. Dry cereal, liquids available 24/7. Yogurt was pulled from display, but was still available upon request. Breakfast room got very crowded and food was scarce when sports team came down all at once to eat one weekend day we were there. Cookies available in the afternoon, but often ran out quickly. Decent free book selection; desk clerk could not open the back to empty the full return slot, but I managed to reach in and get most of the books out to display on the shelves. Internet access via lobby PC was slow, but usable. Got a good price by paying in advance online. Carpet cleaning was alerted to us, but our floor was cleaned a day earlier than announced. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to Lewisville, Coppell. Overall, I would stay here again if I were visiting friends nearby.
