Well, the check-in wasn't bad... From then on, the non-smoking room turned out to be in a heavily smoking area. The staff easily switched our rooms, but we were sent with our luggage to the 2nd level (No Elevators,BTW). That room was larger, but had a horrible odor that wreaked of bad air freshener & smoke. My sinuses were messed up for the duration of that trip. Consider all of this...
