I agree with other reviewers. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Yes, the property is old, and the furnishings a bit dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. And they are pet friendly and 1/2 the price of the Hampton which doesn't allow dogs. On the upside, the internet works great, the room is clean, bed comfy, fridge worked well (didn't use the microwave), and we felt safe in this neighborhood. Would have given them 5 stars, but.... shower head needed replacing, noise from next door neighbor woke us up @ 3 (he wasn't really noisy, but coughing & the noise seemed to carry over to our room quite easily, and the TV cable provided only a fuzzy B&W picture on many channels. But these were relatively minor issues. Overall we'd recommend especially for the value.

The people here go out of the way to make you feel at home. The rooms are clean, nicely furnished and just nice. The price was reasonalble and we could have our dog. Great folks, great value and just a nice enviornment.

the price is right and the service is top notch! the managers were very accommodating, generous and quick to take care of anything i needed w/in reason. the room was clean and comfortable and the internet worked really well which was important for me for work reasons.
i will certainly return on any future visit!

Although the hotel is a little dated, the price was perfect. The managers were very accomodating, generous, and the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. The beds were slightly on the hard side but we had a good night's sleep, nonetheless. The manager allowed us to extend the check-out time without bugging us to leave. As a matter of fact, she said, "Take your time and enjoy your stay." The property was clean and quiet both on the inside and out. We will stay there again and highly recommend it.
