I have stayed at nice La Quintas, but wasn't overly impressed with this one. On the good side, the rooms were huge and comfortable. The rooms were clean, but it smelled like damp chlorex. I appreciated free breakfast provided at La Quintas, but this one was not great. They were always out of things, you had to track down people to replenish, the trash can was always overflowing...I just didn't think this stay was up to the quality. I would try it again (maybe just a busy weekend?) but give it a 3.5.

Absolutely perfect stay. Staff was outstanding, grounds were clean, Pool was warm. Price was good. Breakfast was stocked with hot food including scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to the omnipresent hotel waffles. Good hot coffee is also available around the clock.

We have stayed in several places near and in Kingwood TX and were surprised by what a great stay this was. I say that because I had previously stayed in a LaQuinta in Houston near Sugarland and it was pretty awful. This was completely different....from the very beginning, the hotel looked clean, beautiful, new...the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern yet comfy and the complimentary breakfast had a lot to offer the next morning. I would most definitely stay here again in the future.

This hotel is very pretty, with outdoor fountains, animal statues, and even a small vegetable garden. There's a nice neighborhood and park for walking right out the back door, and on the property there's a small playground and picnic area. Very clean, good breakfast, and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Perfect for my dog, and very easy off and on the highway. I give this LQ my highest review.
