Very clean,rooms very nice ,staff excellent, the brunch at restaurant was sooo good. Best hotel I ever stayed. At the restaurant the server go out there way to please me and my husband.felt like I was at a 5 star hotel.you must check it out for your self

Was a great hotel. Stayed there while visiting and was a nice respite from busy days. Few blocks from major shopping area but away from all the traffic.

The pros: Beautiful rooms. Well appointed. Spacious. Comfy beds. Modern.

The cons: Really strong water pressure. Internet can be very slow at times.

The cons in no way outweigh the pros. Would definitely book this hotel again and certainly recommend it.

Went to a wedding at this hotel and it was a nice place and the staff is pretty friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again. Love the cigar bar!

I wasn't sure what to expect when I had to stay at the Shilo Inn for business, but I was pleasantly surprised! The lobby needs to be updated, but it was clean and neat. It was also neat that there was an indoor pool on the west side of the lobby that faced the parking lot too. The bar closed at 10pm and I was disappointed by how early the bar closed, as I didn't get to the hotel until 9:45pm and didn't have time to get a drink at the bar.

The room was spacious, clean and better than I was expecting! It was wierd that the sink/vanity was right next to the front door, but the rest of the layout made sense. The bathroom was spacious and I liked how high the shower head was (good for tall people), and the shower pressure was medium. There were only 2 shower towels, but when I called down for more, they sent 2 more pretty quickly.

The bed was super comfortable, but only 3 not-so-plush pillows; it was fine for me since it was only me in the room. The couch was soft and comfortable, and I ended up working that evening while sitting on the couch watching the flat screen. The kitchenette was great; clean, counter space, and a new roomy mini-fridge. I loved the fact that I could watch the flat-screen tv while I was sitting on the couch, but when I was ready to get into bed, there was another tv in the 'bedroom' part so I could lay in bed and watch tv.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised at the Shilo Inn and will stay there when I visit California soon too.
