Extra Clean, great breakfast, friendly personal. Room was large with great WiFi. Towels extra large & very soft. Bed very comfortable. Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting family and would definity stay again. Close to many restaurants and stores. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

If you are looking for an excellent price and a clean, well thought out room, then this place is for you. The first thing I liked as soon as we walked into the room, was that there were no bedspreads. Just pretty white sheets with a thin blue coverlet. I am sure that those big bulky bedspreads are rarely (if ever) laundered, so this was a giant plus to me. Also on each bed were four pillows, two that were very soft and fluffy and two firm. Perfect! The room was spotless and had everything I needed: Blow dryer, ironing board and iron, microwave, a smaill refrigerator with a nice little freezer and a coffee pot.. There was a safety handle in the bathtub and lots of hot water. Oh yeah, the bed was very comfortable, too! Breakfast was much better than I expected, bacon, cheese omlet, biscuits and gravy, all kinds of muffins and bagels, orange and apple juice plus fresh fruit, oatmeal and cereal. I feel compelled to write this review to warn others about this hotel. We checked in on a Friday. Saturday morning we were in the office to alert them to an infestation of large (really large at 2 in the morning) cricket-like creatures (as my husband said, at least they didn't chirp all night), a bathtub that ran (more than a drip!) non-stop, and air from the fan on the airconditioner that smelled like pure mold. We were assured all would be fixed. Sunday morning we awoke to the same problems plus we discovered the bugs loved the sink and the bathtub, clearly marking their territory with nasty black stuff. Yuck!
Checked out on Tuesday with an infestation of large (really large at 2 in the morning) cricket-like creatures, a bathtub that ran (more than a drip!) non-stop, and air from the fan on the airconditioner that smelled like pure mold. We now hoped we would not bring any of the creatures home in our luggage and that we would not come down with Legionairre's disease.
The problems and the lack of ANY concern on the part of management were enough to insure we would never stay there again. In Killeen, the Quality Inn is the place of choice for us!!

Was in town on business, and prefer rooms with smoking. This is a decent hotel, but I'm not sure if it should carry the HI name. Decent rooms, outdoor entry to rooms. Seemed like a converted Super 8. Price was a steal though.
