Upon entering the hotel, we were pleased to find a polished lobby and professional, friendy host behind the counter. The room was extremely large and comfortable. The breakfast offered something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the hot eggs and biscuits. The breakfast hostess was efficient, as there were quite a few people, and kept the food coming!"

This was one of the worst Holiday Inns I've stayed in. Our room was filthy! It was obvious that the carpet had not been vaccumed and the bath tub was brown with dirt. The curtains were ripped in several places, the ceiling and walls were cracked with water damage and there was a roach in our bathroom.
The only good thing I can say was that the breakfast was pretty good. We will NOT stay at the Holiday Inn in Kerrville again.

The swimming pool and hot tub were great. The first room we were assigned had a very offensive odor and the carpet was filthy. Second room smelled better and the carpets were better, but still not in the best of shape. Beds were clean, but apparently had a plastic mattress pad that crinkled when I moved. For what we paid for the room I expected more. Won't stay there again.

We stay in this hotel while taking kids to camp. The rooms were spacious, which helped with all our luggage. However, the attention to detail was lacking. They room seemed dirty. They floors were not vaccumed and the bathroom was full of someone else's hair. They corners had dirt all in them. It was hot in Texas and the air conditioner seemed to struggle to keep the room comfortable. The staff was pleasant, but would pick another place if I could find one.
