We stayed three nights at this Hampton. It is a well maintained typical Hampton. The employees made it above average by the very pleasant people we meet in every position. The front desk, breakfast person, & housekeeping. All greeted us and did there job very well. The location is very good in Kerrville and the room was quiet.

We arrived after 6pm and received a cordial greeting. The Inn was very clean, updated, and a pleasant place to stay. While we didn't take advantage of the free wi-fi, we did use the computer in the lobby, and it was very handy to have there.
Our room was spacious, and like the rest of the hotel, very clean, quiet, and updated.
The breakfast was abundant, and had enough of a varied selection to (probably) satisfy anyone. There was a nice lady in the breakfast area making sure everything was in order.
Upon checking out, we were given a "take along" bag complete with bottled water, a muffin, a piece of fruit, and mints. What a nice treat to have later in the morning on a long trip!

So far I have stayed in two Hampton Inns with two small kids and absolutely love it.

Good size room, bed and bathroom (with bath). Free WiFi. Friendly staff. Bed & Breakfast, many restaurants nearby.
