Company had a conference here and it was very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the rest of my party enjoyed staying here. We will most definitely have future conferences here.

My family and I just recently moved to the DFW area and needed a place to stay while waiting on our new house. We arrived at the hotel at 3 am, and the staff was very friendly and prompt about getting us situated into our room. I enjoyed the fitness center, which helped me stay on track with my routine morning exercise. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, which was always kept at a decent temperature, especially with the unpredictable and often times cold weather outside. This was a 3 week mini vacation for me and my family. The hotel is also conveniently located near shopping centers, so we didn't have to travel far to shop. Despite reading the negative reviews on here, I have to admit that this hotel is nothing like how others have described it. The management and staff have done a remarkable job in maintaining and providing excellent service to their patrons. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. My family and I have a good experience and we will not hesitate to come back again.

The DFW Airport Hotel is a wonderful full service hotel located near the DFW Airport.
It is clean comfortable and the staff worked diligently
to make sure the patrons enjoyed their stay. I rented a car at the airport and
there was more than ample parking at the hotel. Everything was great,
Check in was quick, room was spacious, good housekeeping, all appliances and
gadgets worked as intended. Breakfast was sumptuous! My kids enjoyed the indoor pool.
Might visit again if I go to Dallas.
