We've stayed here twice for overnights in DFW en route to other destinations. It's a good budget-friendly option for an overnight stay: it's close to the airport, has a free airport shuttle, it's relatively quiet given its proximity to the highway, and a Denny's is close by. The rooms are clean, the furnishings are more modern than most at this price point and we saw no evidence of bed bugs (I always check :) They supply 2 bath towels, hand towels and washcloths, bar soap and shampoo. There is free coffee/tea in the lobby and they put out granola bars in the morning for those of us catching the early shuttle. The wifi is slow but better than nothing, especially for free.
The shuttle service was better than expected--we only waited about 20 minutes to be picked up at the airport and it was right on time the next morning to take us back. It is a multi-hotel service so make sure to call the hotel when you arrive so they can let the shuttle guy know and ask them where you need to wait to be picked up. Also, make sure to ask what the shuttle looks like--ours was a large white bus with "Hotel Shuttle" on the front and the various hotel stickers on the side.
The cons of this hotel are that Denny's is pretty much your only dining option if you don't have a car and the beds are hard as a rock. I would recommend bringing your own pillow as theirs are very lumpy, plus they use the polyester sheets which are great for housekeeping but not good for people who sweat when they sleep. There is a gas station past the Denny's, which is convenient for snacks and drinks. While the surrounding area is not scenic, we were able to walk around and stretch our legs, and there were many other people doing the same, so we felt safe.
All in all, this is a good value for the money, I'd recommend this hotel for people passing through DFW.
