My family and I stayed at this location on 2/1/12. We were scheduled to take the shuttle van to the airport at 6:30 am the next day. When we were ready to leave and were waiting in the lobby, we were told that the shuttle driver that day had brought the van and the keys back (right at 6:30am) for a personal errand. I found this to be unexcusable and very unprofessional. The agent at the desk that morning tried to help out by telling us that if the guest was not back by the time her shift ended at 7am, she would take us to the airport. The YOUNG driver returned at 6:50 and upon taking us to our destination, she complained the entire way of just having a wreck the day before and hurting too bad to drive. Little one, first of all you need lessons in customer service and you definately need to slow down while driving. After riding with her, I can see why she had an accident.
