The studio suite is too good.You'll get everything you need. Hotel is located at very peaceful and nice location.You'll get every major restaurants (indian as well) at walking distance.Though it was my first visit to US, I was able to locate required places including my office very easily. Studio suite was well contained equipped with all required things.
It was having a small kitchen where I could cook my stuff if not willing to go out side.
Staff was bale to maintain the cleanness & hygiene inside and outside the room.I faced a minor issue while checking out but it got resolved with high attention when reported it to managemnt.Overall I'll give them excellent rating.

The Good: Nice Hotel Manager. Lots of towels.
The Bad: Out of date. Old stains everywhere. Needs painted. Uncomfortable bed.
The Ugly: Strange odor. Huge rip in comforter. Broken everything. Bugs!

The only good thing about this hotel is when I first checked in I was given a dirty room and changed rooms to one that had been cleaned - it looked a lot better after the first room.

This is a limited service hotel mostly catering to longer term guests. It includes a full kitchen as well as a standard room. Housekeeping is not on a daily basis, but you can go to the lobby if you need towels, linen or soap. The office has limited hours For a weekend stay, it works. I have stayed at several different Homesteads and always had a pleasant stay. The rates can't be beat, especially with their weekend internet specials. My rate included a $20 off for 2 nights. But I must say the Homestead in Irving, TX could use some improvement. Check in was quick. When I got into the room, I noticed a bag full of garbage, plus the sheet was coming off the bed exposing the mattress. There was also no soap in the bathroom. I was given another room. The second room also had leftover garbage and no remote. The front dest apologized and promply sent housekeeping to fix the problems. The room was quite small. In fact, this could have been another hotel renovated with a kitchen. The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The floor was full of hair (not mine) and the tub could have used a good scrubbing. There was no hairdryer in this room. The first room I was given did have one. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean. For the positives, ,local calls are free and they have numerous cable channels. I would stay here again if I got the same rates. But I probably could have got the same or better deal at a better property if I went through Priceline.

Good Points

1) My initial internet booking was for $44 / Night for 3 days and when I extended to 7 days after 2nd night they charged only $33.99/night(which is the weekly rate) even for the first 2 days..

2) Unlimited Wireless Internet for $4

3) Good Location, especially if you are visiting Verizon campus.

4) Friendly staff. Minor services needed in kitechen was attended quikly

I would stay again in HOMESTEAD...
