Customer Service: HORRIBLE!!! I arrived a few days after my husband who was attending seminar. He couldn't get out of it during the day to pick me up from the airport so I had to use the shuttle service from the airport. I had to wait at the airport for almost 2 HOURS!!!!! I called hotel about 5 times but the front desk clerk couldn't care less. At first he said, the driver got into an accident, then he got lost and now he was supposedly on his way to the airport. That was after waiting 45 minutes at the airport. For another hour, he kept telling me to wait and the shuttle will be there. After an hour and half, he finally asked me which terminal I was at. He did NOT ask me this when I spoke to him several times before (and not being familiar with this airport, I didn't know terminals weren't connected to each other). He then told me that the driver was at different terminal. I don't know where he came up with the terminal he told driver to go to. And person with a right mind would think that something was wrong after 30 minutes, or even an hour, .. But no one bother to do anything. Driver was just waiting at the wrong terminal for over an hour (according to him) and the front desk clerk didn't even gave the driver my cell number. Driver told me he didn't get my cell number and the clerk told me he gave him the number. They were telling me totally different story and clearly, both of 'em were just lying through their teeth.

Also, my husband had them add my name on the system so I could get the key when I arrive. He spoke to two different clerks. One at the night before and the other the morning of. When I got there, the clerk that was working said he didn't know anything about it. He didn't want to ask anyone. He didn't even want to turn his head and look around to see if there was any memo or anything. He just said, unless my husband calls him, he couldn't give me the key. It seemed like he was just being rude because I complained about having to wait at the airport for 2 hours. Who wouldn't be mad at this situation???

Pros: Microwave, sink, free internet and refrigerator in room. Free Breakfast (items they are offering wasn't much though...banana, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, boiled eggs, some times frozen waffle, defrosted cinnamon buns...they didn't have waffle station or fresh bread like some other hotels).

Cons: Ice machine is only on the first floor. Broken treadmill was never addressed while I was there for entire week. No indoor pool or hot-tub. They did have outdoor pool. Very uncomfortable bed and pillow. You can only turn on the bathroom light with fan so if you are staying with someone and have to go to the bathroom at night, either you go in the dark or wake them up by turning on the light with loud fan noise. AC in the room was also pretty noisy. Chances are it'll wake you up at night.

The hotel seem like pretty new building and things were pretty well kept. However, I would NEVER stay at this hotel. It's a cheap hotel but horrible customer service and frozen waffle in the morning isn't worth a dime.

Lastly, I arrived on Friday (May 1) around 1 PM. There was only one front desk clerk working that day. This guy should not be in hospitality industry. I didn't have interactions with other clerks so they might be nicer.

I stayed there for 3 nights and I had stayed there before when it was a different company years before. The room was big, beds were good and bathroom was clean. I had the room next to the front desk, however it was not a problem as far as noise. I even had to rent a second room due to a family emergency and they were more then acommendating with the request and price. Breakfast was fair, choices are plentiful but the eggs and meat wasnt desirable and they didnt have the cinnamon rolls but I am being picky. I would highly reccomend this hotel.
The location is between DFW and Dallas Love Field and is a convenient location to Dallas with easy access to the major freeway. It is not walking distance to anything so you need your transportation.
The parking is free.

We stayed here during our city's evacuation from Gustav.
The hotel looked brand new - front desk clerk was very accomodating and pleasant to work with. Rooms were nice and clean - conveniently arranged. This is a non-smoking hotel!! Breakfast was good - plenty choices. I would highly recommend this hotel!! It is close to the Las Colinas shopping area.
