Hotel is very clean and really good service. Front desk Ms. Shruti Pandey was very helpful and friendly. She helped us find restaurants,bars etc, and gave us some idea on places to go visit in Dallas. We had a great time and enjoyed staying there. I am making a trip again to Dallas, and will def. stay there.

I arrived at the Wyndham and was met by the front desk clerk who gave me the 'wait a minute' sign in order for her to wrap up a call on her cell phone. She then began to help me but almost immediately repeated her gesture to take a second phone call... Once I had completed my initial check-in I asked her about the shuttle to the airport and whether she could book me a trip for 9am the next morning so I could catch my 11 am flight the next morning. She told me that she would take care of booking the shuttle for me and to be in the lobby early in order that I would not miss it.

Needless to say, the next morning I was waiting in the lobby for my shuttle and the same clerk informed me that there was not going to be a shuttle leaving the hotel until 4 pm that afternoon. She emphatically denied that I had scheduled a shuttle for that morning and instead of attempting to resolve the situation she insisted on arguing on her behalf that she had not made a mistake... I had to resort to calling for a taxi cab on my own in order to get me to the airport.

Needless to say, I missed my flight, had to purchase a new one and will definitely not be doing business with this location anymore. After this encounter I am seriously considering making that decision with Wyndham's everywhere.

The room was nice and clean. The only thing that we saw at all was a little mold around the sink and the coffee center had not been refilled. We were only there over night or we would have said something.

Our flight was delayed after we sat on it waiting for take-off for three hours. So at two in the morning we found our way to this hotel. American Airlines gave us a voucher, but no indication of taxis. So most paid between $40 to $60 for the trip to the hotel. They do have a complimentary shuttle, it just doesn't run at two in the morning. Thanks to Lucy at front desk for being friendly and professional at 3 in the morning!

Rooms were just what we needed. Great shower. Amazing bed. BIG screen TV (that we didn't watch). Breakfast wasn't too exciting, but it did fill the empty spaces (it compares with the meagre fair at most hotels in the price range throughout the US). Good internet access. We were also allowed a late check-out, which made things easier.

The shuttle was free, but the driver was not professional. He started driving with a poor jet-lagged Austalian still swinging from the open door. He almost rear-ended another car. He was mostly grumpy, but maybe he was just having a bad day with the rain in Texas and all.
