had no problem. we arrived our room was ready chocolate on bed, welcome drinks upon arrival.the staff was above and beyond. room are clean, comfortable and the shuttle will take a large group to restaurants within three miles and pick you up. i would stay here again any time

The manager continues to list services and amenities his hotel doesn't offer. When asked about them, he said I could go to the store and buy the amenities he lists so it is like 'he provides them' himself. Avoid Henry Gordhandas (Manager) like the plague. He even lied about following up with me about my complaint!

I selected this hotel because it was listed as the top-rated hotel in the area. Having lived in this area for fifteen years, I was surprised because I was not even aware this place existed. Everything about the experience was excellent. It was easy to find, surrounded by small restaurants and gas stations, near to the airport and a train station, as well as a major highway intersection. Cowboys Stadium and the Rangers Ballpark are both nearby as is Irving Mall. The hotel is about equidistant between Fort Worth and Dallas.

The room was very clean, had all the necessary amenities and surprisingly quiet. I slept very well and could not have asked for a more pleasant experience, having just returned for a three-week R&R from Afghanistan. Because this place is somewhat off the beaten path, there is no traffic or airport noise, despite the intersection of Highways 360 and 183 being visible from my room and the airport tower and runways being less than one mile from the hotel.

Staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. There did not appear to be too many other guests, but the ones who were there were quiet and well-behaved. I never heard a sound from any other guest during my three-night stay. My biggest mistake was not staying here for my entire stay in the Dallas area as none of the other three locations I chose came even close to this hotel in overall quality of service and comfort.
