Truly fabulous Sheraton with shuttle bus to and from the DFW Airport. Nice club lounge and good gym, close to the HUGE Grapevine Mills Mall. A great stay and location for the price.

Upon arrival to DFW called for van pick up. Amy was helpful ,efficient and friendly. My room on the 10th floor was impeccable and the food at the bar was good, served promptly. I don't think I could have done any better in any hotel in the DFW area for the rate I paid. Great value.

Let's start with the good: Attractive lobby. Fast checkin. Nice flat screen TV in room. Comfortable bed. That's about it. First problem with our room: it had a musty smell. That got worse as their is no way to get fresh air (windows don't open) and there's no ventilation fan in the bathroom (which had some mold in the shower and a less than clean tub). Room lighting was poor, Want internet? $10 a day. Chintzy plastic glasses for drinking. Even the pen was chintzy! Want to plug in a laptop? Plan on moving furniture to get to a power strip on the floor (no outlets at desk). No fridge or microwave in room. You can sure tell when the person in the next room is using the toilet or shower. And there's lots of road noise. We had an SPG floor room so I wonder if others are worse.

I was very impressed upon entering this hotel. The lobby was set out quite nicely, check in was quick and we received a steal of a deal on the room through Hotwire. I'm a club member, so we were given the 10th floor for Starwood members.
Rooms are just as shown in the professional pics. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, bathroom amenities were great, and the staff was quick to send a whole set of towels, when I requested one extra!
We would definitely stay here again, too bad this stay was so short!
