For business and pleasure, I have stayed in many different rate hotel from not rated to 5 stars hotel but I have never seen any service terrible like this hotel. Checked in the room with water and wet towels all over place in floor, defog refigerator... Key not work, have to wait until in the morning to get the key. Room not clean, asked for new towels, have to bring down old dirty towels to swap. For $4 different I changed to Hampton Inn for $49/night that make the change like from hell to heaven. For two months from 08/03 until now I still feel bad to put my family and friends in this hotel. Front desk treated me like an enemy, why? Lie down with the dog will get flea....
