Hotel is in a safe area, yet a little hard to find off the freeway. Very limited parking, but the hotel is rather small for a Comfort Suites property. Hotel lobby is extremely small and entire lobby smelled like a funeral home -- extremely sweet floral smell trying to cover up something. Hallways are very dim and aged. The doors on each room are scratched up.
Room was ok, but very small. Not a typical Comfort Suites King Suite room.
Bathroom was extremely tiny. Door opened and touched the toilet. The space between the sink and toilet was 3 feet. Entire bathroom was about 5 feet by 5 feet. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Couch was dirty and I wouldn't sit on it. Too many stains.
For the Las Colinas area, you have a LOT more choices. I typically stay in Comfort Suites almost exclusively, but this one won't be back on my list. It is close to the airport and again, very safe area of town. Not worth the price I paid.

This hotel has been the best hotel I've stayed at in years. Every single staff member I ran into was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was great from scrambled eggs and bacon to waffles to fruit to yogurt. The room and lobby were super clean. Even the coffee in the room was good (for those of you that are frequent travelers you know that this is not often true). The only thing that I can think of that might bother someone is the shuttle to the airport in the morning was 15 mins late. Just arrange an early shuttle. I want to go back to Dallas just to stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here for 1 night at the beginning of June, and would not hesitate to go back on my next trip to Dallas.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. Service was very good and courteous. Most importantly, the room was very large, modern and spotlessly clean.

Only thing I would recommend is getting directions to the hotel before you start your journey if you'reusing a sat nav, or even using a taxi. As most people have said, the hotel is a little difficult to locate, but a quick call to the front desk will ensure you are pointed in the right direction.

This hotel is a value in the airport area around DFW. The room was very clean, nicely furnished, decent bathroom, average bed.
Front end clerk very helpful and friendly.
We had trouble finding this hotel - we had to call and ask for directions. If we needed to stay overnight in the DFW airport area again, I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel.
