This hotel could use a freshening up and improvement on thier decor. Checkin was pleasant and easy. The room was clean and there was plenty of space. The only complaints are that it was very dated and the beds were not very comfortable. I would reccommend the Summerfield Suites right across the freeway. Same price point, but nicer furnishings, better tv's, better meals, and more modern.

For over 70 days this was my home away from home and I must tell you it was quite a pleasant stay. The rooms were very clean and in working order. The property is located in a nice quiet area away from excess noise. The staff was very nice starting with the GM Monica who personally picked me up from DFW airport. The housekeeper Fabiola always had my room very nicely done. Omar in the lobby always took care of my breakfast very courteous young man. The ladies in the front desk always had a smile and very helpful for my needs. I had a choice to stay in other places but this one fit the bill. I would recommend to the management to get a better TV service provider and faster internet, otherwise great stay. Definitely will return.

I was quite impressed with the cleanliness and the hospitality of the front desk of this hotel. It is located in a quite part of Irving. You have the feeling of staying in the middle of a big city yet you have the quiet and tranquility of a resort.

I highly recommend this hotel for anyone you is coming to Dallas and would like to feel as if you are coming back to your own home after a long day of work.

They also have Happy hour in the evenings on Monday through Wednesday and the quality of the refreshments are excellent.

I will plan to stay at this hotel again at my next business visit to Dallas

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I have been using Marriott for over 10 years and this was the worse experience I have ever had and makes me never want to stay in the Towne Place Suite anywhere else. The room smelled old, damp and musty...like it hadnt been rented out in years. Even after housekeeping re-cleaned it wasnt good enough. We were only there for two nights for the Dallas game. When we went to check out, I stood at the desk for over 10 minutes and wasnt recognized, no one was there. Finally, a housekeeper came in and same me standing there and checked me out. I am very disappointed that I used Marriott Reward points on this stay. I will never do that again.
